I put in an order, attached prescription, and paid. They advertise it being that simple and it never is.
Got an email that product was back ordered, and a call that my prescription needed to be updated.
1. I got a prescription from an eye doctor in 2023. They really pushed me to get the eye exam (which you need the contacts to do). Texas state law says 1-2 years, plus in the advertisement for the express exam, they say the 12 month prescription thing is a MYTH, so they really just want to charge you another fee as a step in the process to pay for their exam. Even if I had I still wouldn’t have gotten my back ordered contacts.
2. Product wasn’t back ordered, customer service rep confirmed the larger quantity was available. All the stuff comes in intervals of 30, so really it was just in bigger boxes that they didn’t want to break into smaller boxes.
If you’re a business that advertises customer service and ease, be that.
