Not worth the headache
I just spent over 30 minutes on 3 phone calls. This is supposed to be a convenience but there is nothing convenient about it. Finally got my order cancelled and a confirmation, but they have put a hold on my checking account for 3-10 business days. It took them about 30 seconds to put on that hold. All I have gotten is apologies, no action. Save yourself the aggravation and purchase your lenses at Costco.
